Phenotypic Correlation Between Body Measurements in Saudi Sheep in Qassim Region

Identify the genetic resources of sheep and characterize these breeds accurately are very important to enhance good performances expand knowledge differences among those breeds. Body measurements therefore, perfect indicators make definition for each breed. The present study is part a wide one definite phenotypic characteristics in local Qassim region, Kingdom Saudi Arabia. data were collected from three Noemi, Najdi Hari. biggest breed Arabia it main Najd region. Noemi taking second size Hari smallest Arabia, Hejaz Assir regions, which belong with coarse hair, thick tail strain. Eight body traits studied, Wither heights (WH), Rum (RH), length (BL), Head (HL), Heart girth (HG), Muzzle diameter (MD), Cannon circumference (CC) (CL).  
 correlations coefficients all studied moderate high highly significant. highest correlation coefficient was found between RH WH (0.872), lowest CC HG (0.214). relative can help us understand similarity be used future selection program.
